On behalf of the Holman leadership team, I am very excited to announce that we are making very significant enhancements to the Impact program. These enhancements are being implemented to improve how we celebrate all of you, our valued employees, who continue to deliver exceptional results and drive our culture forward.
In addition to the program enhancements, effective immediately, we will be moving to one company-wide employee engagement brand called Partners In Excellence for all the Holman businesses.
By uniting our employee engagement initiatives under the Partners In Excellence umbrella, every person in our organization has the same chance to be recognized and rewarded for contributing to our success. As part of these significant enhancements, we are adding NEW opportunities to earn additional days’ pay and additional opportunities for recognition! The current Impact and Partners In Excellence teams will work closely together over the coming months to create a true One-Holman mindset for the PIE program while maintaining the identity of our employee engagement at the local business level.
We will be embarking on a road trip to visit each location starting the week of April 4th and look forward to sharing more detailed information with you in person. Members of the leadership team will be present to explain the new opportunities that will accompany the program change, including the specific new enhancements and opportunities that apply to you! You will receive more information about the meeting schedule for your location.
