Partners in Excellence recognizes non-management employees for their outstanding contributions and commitment to Dedication to Exceptional Customer Service, Teamwork, Mutual Support and Respect for Each Other, and Continuous Focus on Improvement.
All employees are eligible to submit nominations. They will be reviewed by a committee to determine eligibility for the award based on the criteria. Once reviewed, all nominations will then be forwarded to the General Manager/President for final review. Quarter deadlines are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
There is no limit on the number of winners, and all winners will receive a financial award as well as visible recognition throughout the organization. Winners are automatic nominees for Partner of the Year.
